Probably the best bathhouse in the city "Senorial," close to the Isabel la Catolica Metro stop. There are several options within the bathhouse. The best sections are "vapor individual" (tel.: 5709-5659)and "turco" (tel.: 5709-4999). They are upstairs to the left and right, repsectively. There is also a "general" section and a "private showers" section. You pay your entrance fee for the section you want at the front door There are young men that work in all these sections. When you go upstairs you will be met by someone who will pick up your towels and take you to a private steamroom. You will be asked if you want something to drink and then if you want a massage. You don't have to take the guy who brings you to your room: you may catch someone's eye who'll come knocking, or if you say no to the first guy, just wait, and others will come knocking to see if you want a massage. There are some extremely attractive men working there. A session generally runs between 300 and 400 pesos.

There is also Banos San Juan (tel. 5510-4602), a couple of blocks from the Salto del Agua Metro stop. This place is not quite as clean as Senorial, although it is perfectly acceptable. The working men are on the first floor. You pay your entrance fee and walk straight ahead. The price range is the same. As at Senorial, there are some great looking guys that work here. Both bathhouses are highly recommended.

For street action: during the day you'll find young men working in the downtown park called the Alameda, at the end of the park opposite the Palacio de Bellas Arts. On weekends there are some off-duty Mexican soldiers working the park, along with some really nice young men looking for a few bucks. However, there are also drug additct and theives, so caution is called for. At night, in the Zona Rosa along Hamburgo and Reforma, west of Florencia, there are usually lots of young men working. The usual prices, and cautions, apply here, too.

You can check in "Tiempo Libre" the weekly "what-on" publication which sells in newstands everywhere; agencies and private individuals advertize here. There is also the magazine "Sergay" which also has a website <sergay.com.mx>

You will have to have some Spanish. Most men in the bathhouses or on the street won't speak any English at all, although you may meet someone who does. Good luck.
