Prague versus Spain - Which for best experience in February?

I have a week or so where I could head to Prague or Spain to enjoy some boys - any thoughts on which is better and why? Also, any info re prices in each would be great. Thanks!

It depends on what kind of boys you are looking for.

Mostly in Prague you find cute twinks. Only a few hot hunks.

 

Even if Prague is a gorgeous city, for rent boys I would definitely go to Madrid or Barcelona.

That is a question about which there is much contention. There is a lot of negative commentary about the current quality and quantity of guys in Prague, but most of it seems to come from nostalgic folks who visitied it a decade or more ago, when it was still isolated, and apparently loads of hot young guys were throwing themselves at you for next to nothing.

 

It's true that Prague is getting pricey, and that a lot of the Czeck and Slovak guys end up working in western europe, but my experience there has been great nevertheless. Last summer at Escape I hooked up with one of the hottest guys I've ever been with, a hot blond jock who was totally versatile. I also had similar luck with other young blond guys at Escape and Pino's (now Temple), both jocks and twinks.

 

Bottom line is that you will definitely find a bigger selection of hot (mainly Brazillian) guys at lower rates in Barcelona and Madrid than in Prague; but if you're into blondes in their early twenties, than Prague is a great place to be. Of course the city is spectacular, but so are the Spanish cities. The main difference in the rent scene is that Spain is far more transactional (i.e. fast and basically anonymous action in the saunas or houses like American Boys / Adonis); while Prague is more relaxed and social, (i.e. you get a drink or three and get to chat with the boys, take your time.)

Thanks for the info - I was indeed concerned about the quality - I have been to Brazil a number of times and I am not really looking to meet Brazilian guys while in Europe - prefer a more European experience if you will - and while I like Bulgarian guys (and it seems I could meet them in Spain right?) I do want to find some nice hot boys like on the William Higgins site etc...is that really possible in Prague?

If you define the "best place" as the country with the biggest selection at reasonable rates, than that would seem to be Germany.

 

If you want to do comparison shopping for Europe on the internet, you should use erados.com, which is the most comprehensive European RB site (followed by escupido.com).

 

You will see that by far the most active RB market is in Germany, with an amazing 3800 erados listings, more than half of the 7100 listings for all of Europe. One German region alone, West Rhine Westphalia (Cologne-Duessldorf)has 950 listings.

 

These sites show a number of foreign boys working in Germany (e.g. Czecks, Brazilians, Turks) and the rates seem to run 80-100 Euros per session, with overnights from 250-600 Euros.

 

I don't have any experience in Germany, and have always wondered why, with such a huge RB market, there has never really been any useful information available in this forum.

 

Can anyone fill us in?

Not sure I want to go to Germany but you do raise an interesting question - in any case, I think I have to decide between Prague and Spain and I am PLAGUED with indecision - I prefer Slavic guys and it seems like Spain is in part Brazilians which I see in Brazil so not as thrilling but it would make a difference if Spain had plenty of Spanish rentboys but I cannot seem to figure that out.. any thoughts?

I don't think I found one Spanish boy in Termas in Barcelona in December. Almost all of the boys were Brazilian, Venzuelan, Columbian or Cuban.

 

To my taste, the boys at 117 or 202 are better than in Barcelona.

Sorry to be so late with this post. You have probably already made your decision. The one thing nobody mentioned was weather. It is definitely true that it can be cold in February in Madrid and Barcelona but if it is it will be absolutely frigid in Prague. Prague is NOT good in the winter. If it isn't snowing and very cold it will be overcast, rainy and dreary. The best time of the year in Prague is the fall. By fall most tourists have gone home and the spring school tours are long over. GO TO SPAIN!!!!!

Both were great - in Prague, I checked out both Temple/Escape but both were pretty quiet - I did meet a very hot blond Ukrainian boy from Temple but I think it was luck as he had just arrived in Prague essentially - I had much better luck in Prague using a chat site where I pursued guys who were not escorts but normal czech guys but I lured them in with some $ - and this was a jackpot - I met students, office workers, a real estate agent, etc...all from say 18 to 30 and all much hotter than the offerings at the clubs....one guy I met this way is a truly gorgeous ice hockey player with an amazing ass....sooooooooo with these successes I made my way to Barcelona - the Thermas Sauna wast just fine (almost all Brazilian guys) but I did meet and fool around with one of the hottest Cuban guys ever....unbelievably sexy, macho but a great bottom.....also tried out local chat sites and again reeled in actual locals and students and was shockingly successful as it seems some spanish guys who are not tired escorts will consider the idea especially if you have a private place, etc....such hot guys (one spanish guy was also a pro athlete with a huge dick)...and i am not exaggerating in the least especially as I went in with realistic expectations..so my advice figure out local internet chat sites and go to work.
