I am going to be visiting soon and saw this ad but I think there was some talk before about it being a fake. I could be wrong but there are a few ads with what I think are the same pics.

Most likely: Fake. The photo is of a model who lives on Long Island, and is 5-9 (not 6-1) and 150 lbs (not 171). Pictures easily stolen from his modeling web page. Others have used his photos too, since he's quite great looking.
