I can't comment on the review. I didn't read it prior to posting this response.

 

However, I've known Sebastian for many years. He definitely has a regional accent. I wouldn't know how to describe it, and yet, it's kind of in my line of work to be able to read those kinds of things. It does sound latiny, latinish, lantinesque (?) and definitely east coast. It's very sexy, he's very sexy. I don't know what you look for in a session so I can't really recommend him to you, plus I'm extremely biased in this case. Still, if you find him attractive and are considering hiring him, I would encourage you to contact him.
