Does anyone have any info on this guy who advertises on Rentboy as “thegreenone”…

 

For some reason I am assuming that the “green” refers to the fact that he is somewhat “inexperienced” in the world of escorting as opposed to being “environmentally friendly”! He certainly is a decent enough looking guy so he really has no need to be “green with envy” either. Still, for some reason he seems to convey a “gay for pay” straight image…

I'm a big sucker for all American hunks so as soon as I saw his ad on Thursday I immediately emailed him. We emailed back and forth and scheduled an overnight on Friday but he bailed out at the last minutes. Told me he would call me on Friday night and I waited hours for his phone call and he never called. Communicated through email on Saturday afternoon and rescheduled overnight again that night. He promised there would be no problem but stood me up again. Sent him several emails yesterday but never heard anything back. I decided I've had it and won't email him again.

 

He said he's never done this before. I'm really surprised that he's open to everything I said - French kissing, mutual oral and anal. I guess it's just another case that's too good to be true. If anyone successfully meet up with him please let us know!

I don't feel like it's s scam, more like a game. Like jtbrooklyn said, he gave me the name "Kyle". I did some "researching" online yesterday and I found this guy in some other online bodybuilding forums, I even found his "social networking site". Interestingly the name Kyle matches everywhere and I found some other photos, though not the same ones from rentboy, are indeed from the same guy.

 

I didn't get a feeling that he was trying to scam me. I just don't understand why he cut off all our communication all of a sudden. I don't even think he's gay, based on the info I found yesterday and the vibe I got from him. That's why I was really surprised he agreed to do kissing, oral, & anal (though non of those happened). Come on boys, someone breaks him and give us the details! You still have the chance!

Burnsy..Sorry to Hear! BUT there are alot of very experienced "Working Guys" who do not like Overniters and are not very good at it! ;-) I now some Great Guys BUT Overniters are just not their thing for a couple of very good reasons!

 

I'm thinking the 1-2 Hr Appointment is best before an 0verniter is even discussed? Maybe you should contact him about a Short Hookup and see how it goes? Some of these guys especially NEWBIES (IF HE IS) are very Antsy after a couple of Hours. ;-)

I did not force him into the overnight appointment. I told him I could do one hour, two hours, or longer. We agreed to do overnight for a price that we're both comfortable with. He sounded excited and even said it's "Awesome" for the amount that I was willing to pay. Maybe he just thought it's not for him after all and bail out.

I might know what happened. "thegreenone" is Derrick Vinyard and "Kyle" is Derrick Vinyard's real name. The myspace page that I found of thegreenone list himself in Wall, NJ, and that's where "Derrick Vinyard" is from. Based on thegreenone's posts in other online forums & the information I got from the emails he sent me, I'm pretty sure he is Derrick Vineyard.

 

Derrick Vinyard retired from porn in early 2006, but his status in the business today is unknown. He might be thinking about escorting but decided to flake out.

 

I'm not intended to invade people's privacy so we'll consider this case closed. However, if the rentboy ad is still up, someone may still have the chance to taste this Kyle (Derrick Vinyard) guy. :9
