Tell me this guy is real

I really would like to think this guy is out there and for real, but sadly I presume otherwise.

He had an ad on the Charlotte craigslist saying he lived downtown Charlotte.

 

Go to the website and it also says he lives downtown, but no mention of what city.

 

And, in order to make an appointment, you have to use a reservation form that requires a "Free E-Verification Key". Free being rather subjective as you have to enter a credit card to get a key.

 

I wrote him a message back questioning all of this. His response was:

 

"Yes, I do live in Charlotte. My father has a condo that he has given me for the summer. I will be attending Northwestern University in Chicago this fall though.

 

As for the reservation. You are not charged to set up a session. Your info is never shared with me, and you can opt out of it if needed after making a reservation."

 

Am I being overly mistrusting here?
