It's another Review from a first time Reviewer. We all know everyone who submits Reviews has to be a first-timer. That said, it just seems to me that there are a lot of first-time Reviews being published. I do not pretend to know what screening the admin here uses, and I am not making any accusations. I am just making an observation, which I believe others have made before. :*
