Los Angeles Craigslist boy....any info

Total shot in the dark here, but does anyone know anything about "Tanner Gamble", who has been posting on Craigslist? He has a very fine set of pics he sends around and he writes a nice email...but I wonder if he's real? Here's a link to a current posting from Wednesday evening, hopefully this should stay up 48 hours or so for anyone to take a look:

The few pics that I have seen of him have all been "too good to be true", so I guess that set off my sixth sense. I have not called him yet, we've emailed a few more times these last few days - but no appointment. He was still advertising as of Friday morning.
