411 on John (Visiting DC & NYC)

A big variety of guys visiting DC in the next few weeks. This one has turned up in several cities over the last 6 mos. Has anyone given him a test drive? He looks like he's probably London based, but doesn't have an ad there (a little concerning). he also looks a like he might be more than the 24/25 he advertises although he wouldn't be the first to do that....A other few things concern me--different phone numbers for different cities (it may be that he's just a little OC and well organized) and his turn-ons include a very long list with rarities like diapers (this also worries s little me w/ a non-established guy, OTOH--his NYC ad helpfully provides historical detail on his watersports capacity).

Out of curiosiy, you mention at least 4 major things that concern you, why would you hire him?
