Anybody on the Forum with more information on him? The only thing I know is that his pictues haven't changed in probably 2 years.

This is covered in the site's FAQ.

 

From memory (which is often faulty),

 

1) Must be on that day's uploads (i.e. in "Newest Reviews" for that day). This eliminates a LOT.

2) Can't be coverboy within 30 days of the last time. This eliminates more.

3) From what's left, it's Daddy's choice for best picture among what's being uploaded that day. I don't always agree with his choice, but he tries for variety from a limited pool.

 

Don't read too much into it. It's a daily best picture contest, not a best escort contest.
