Exploding Penis?

Am I the only one who is freaked out by that ad for enlarging your penis at the top to of the "Newest Review" section.

 

It looks like the poor boys penis just got shot and blood is exploding everywhere...then again maybe I've just been playing Traveller's "shoot Osama bin Laden" game on the "Major Carnage" setting too much.
