Boybatter problems?

Has anyone else had problems with the boybatter website? I signed up for a month's access a few weeks ago, my password worked for about 3 days then stopped working. I have sent four e-mails to the webmaster through their customer service link and have gotten no reply. Does anyone know what recourse I have as to the money that was charged to my credit card for a service no provided?

Working ok for me. I had a problem when they moved to their new server a few weeks ago but it turned out the password is case-sensitive & I was mis-typing. Boybatter & the escort site Boisrus are run by the same guys - maybe you'd have better luck trying some of the email addresses or phone numbers on the escort site.
