411-Steve 2 in Philly

As part of my pre-40th celebration, I'm reducing my work schedule and taking some vacation time to hit cities all up and down the east coast and sample the working guys. Up first, south Florida, Nashville, and Philly. I may draw upon the expertise of my fellow Hoo-citizens to make this successful.

 

I will be in Philly in a few weeks. I have 2 or 3 premier guys I plan to line up, but what about Steve 2? Only two reviews; nothing recent. I'm not interested if he's not a good kisser and fucker. Any of you yanks up yonder got more info to share with this hick from the sticks? ;-)
