That is horrible and it does suck terribly that someone is doing this. But unfortionately from a legal standpoint if someone doesn't want their picture used on a site, they have the right to have it taken down unless there is a signed release of the picture.

Actually Jesse, that's not the case as long as they are advertising on other sites with the pic. There is a limited commercial privilege to share information publicly to interested persons for people publicly advertising a service--even escorting. As long as he's advertising with a photograph, then this site could (and should in my opinion) keep his picture up.:+
