I am posting this because I was just harrassed by a man that posts many reviews and comments on this site. My sister was one of the victims that died on Tuesday. She was working at the pentago at the time. I will disclose the name of this heartless man "Beware of Nick" Tonight while I was emailing family members, the instant messanger name Beware of Nick imed me. I do not know who this man is, but he has question my credibilty because I am one of Mr. Anthony Holloway's supporting clients. Sorry that I was one of the lucky ones that Mr. Holloway did not take advantage of. I am sorry for those he did rip off. After telling this man of my situation, he basically told me that I was Mr. Holloway himself. He harrassed me and I feel this is not the time to question me whether I am Mr. Holloway or not. My sister was my best friend, and I loved her to death. A part of me died when I found out her body was one of the few that they pulled out of the destruction. I find that "Beware of Nick" is a immature human being and I refused to be harrased by someone during a time like this. His final words to me before he signed off was "Good night, Tony" I AM NOT MR. HOLLOWAY I figured mr. "Beware of Nick" would leave me alone after I told him my situation but he didn't. Its horrible that we live with such heartless human beings in this world. Hopefully I can get through this evening now. Thank you Beware of Nick for making me feel worse than I am already feeling

Oh please, spare me. When he told me that, I apologized and said good night. Of course, he engaged me in at LEAST a five minute conversation prior to that, going back and forth, before he mentioned his sister. He asked me how it was possible for him and AH to be online at the same time, to which I explained (I had been having a conversation with AH and because I believed him to also be Anthony, I simply continued on from there.)

On the off chance that this guy is for real, I apologize once again.

I'm sorry, I should have mentioned this before.

If you are using AOL and someone IM's you and then harasses you, you should instantly click the Notify AOL button and report the person. Include all of the details, including the time and date. AOL takes these violations extremely seriously and often terminates the person's right to use AOL under any screen name whatsoever.

But it also has to be real harrassment, not something made up.

Did I mention that they will go to ANY lengths to discredit those who disagree with them? I think I did mention that.

Reg, this whole thing is beginning to make me sick.

Absolutely, I agree completely. And the whole text of the IM should be saved and submitted.

Unfortunately, it does happen, and happened recently to a fairly computer-illiterate friend of mine who didn't have any idea what to do. He got so upset that he logged off and called me. I knew there was some button there someplace but had to initiate an IM with a friend just so I could find out exactly what it was called so I could tell him, in case the guy bothered him again.

That's why I thought I'd take this opportunity to mention it for the benefit of all of the AOL users out there.

Don't let it get to you, kid. A private eye has to have a strong stomach. What would Sam Spade do? Would he give up and go home and let the Fat Man (or in this case, the Fat Gay Men) get the Maltese Falcon? Not on your life! Hang in there. You have friends as well as enemies, don't forget that. :-)

BofN: I think I can understand how you might feel that way.

But I've been sitting here thinking about this incident and I have to tell you that I can't think of any reason why you would be IM'ing either Anthony Holloway or someone else who you thought might be him.

Your comments in the Message Center have made it quite clear that you think this guy is at least very sleazy and possibly criminal. For what possible reason would you be contacting him, under any screen name?

With all due respect, I'd like to suggest that it's possible that you have become somewhat obsessed with him and, for your own sake, you might want to stay far, far away from him.

No, no obsessions here. I was just trying to get out of him the reasons for his posts. Trust me, no further IMs to him will be forthcoming

I am sorry that I have my own opinion about Mr. Holloway "Beware of Nick" Isn't there something in our constituion that states "Freedom of speech?" You seriously need to grow up, whether or not You are 65, 25 or 10 years old. I am very dissappointed in you considering that you are a very well like man throughout this site and you have shown incredible evidence against both men that you seek to destroy everyday of your life. According to Mr. Holloway, he states that he has never met you before. By continuing to read each thread that you post against Mr. Holloway, I have discussed with various people amoung this site and come to the conclusion that you could possible be a suspect in being Mr. Holloway's stalker. I am sorry that I found Mr. Holloway to be a very nice and hilarious kid. I have never denied whether or not Mr. Holloway has commited theft from various clients of his. I just state that I personally like him and you continue to harrass anyone that disagrees with you. He told me this evening that you continuously Im him with various screenames and harrass him. If he personally has not done anything to you, don't you think your doing something out of the ordinary by bothering him everyday? Why dont you let them men that he has so called "riped off" fight for themselves. I think its time for a reality check for you sir, and like I stated before to you. DO NOT EMAIL ME OR INSTANT MESSANGE ME EVER AGAIN. I have enough problems in my life right now and I don't need your childish games at the moment especially at a time like this. I hope you gentlemen have a nice evening

Regualtion, when you call them, you certainly call them right. No one worried over the death of his sister is going to check back in on this site. They are going to care less about what goes on here. What a load of horseshit.

Jeez, Reg, welcome back!

You're usually a much more careful reader than that. And usually you seem to do a more careful job of reading all of the posts. Perhaps you missed the post where I encouraged BofN to continue posting whatever he thought he should on any topic whatsoever.

Or perhaps instead you're simply trying to start a fight?

If so, it won't work. Although you have posted something like six posts so far tonight trying to fan the flames of a fight, including a couple of posts where you used the word 'enemies', it won't work.

BofN seems to me to be a perfectly good guy with whom I have agreed on some topics and disagreed on others. I hope he does continue to post. A healthy dialog is a good thing.

And as for the above comment you quoted, no, I wasn't encouraging him to shut up, as you put it. I was quite literally suggesting that he might, for his own sake, he might want to carefully consider staying far, far away from AH.

Reg, Boston Guy did indeed do just that. We have disagreed, but he's been nothing but respectful.

Have you ever grieved? You do lots of very simple things to try to take your mind off it for a moment, but you keep circling back. Over and over. I've done exactly this sort of thing, and I find your behavior appalling and your accusations in the poorest possible taste.

I guess AH was right. He does have a stalker.

The funny thing is that you will make any excuse to hide the fact that you are WRONG. You do NOT know what I am going through right now. You really have a lot of NERVE to state that I don't care about My dead sister. Your last response just prooves what this whole entire post is about. You are a heartless man. "Remember God doesn't sleep"

What an amazing leap of logic, Mr. Spock. He posted what basically amounts to a lie and my behavior is appalling? Please.

Thanks for prooving that you are Mr. Holloway's Stalker. Now I know I am not the only one that suspects you of doing it. While you continously question my credibilty, I think after tonight many will question yours.

Thank you Charon, I don't think I could have put that any better myself. It makes me feel better that people understand where I am comming from
