We are going to Montreal for the first time. We have read the reviews about the Stock and Campus. After viewing the boys from Stock on their new website, has anyone had a private in the their hotel room with any of the boys from Stock? Any to recommend or stay away from? We are very interested in Eric, so if anyone has had a private with him, we'd be especially interested in hearing. Thanks, guys!

The web sites for the Stock and Campus respectively are http://stockbar.ca and http://www.campusmtl.com, though neither site has pics of all the dancers.

I have had mixed results hiring dancers from these bars for "privates". One has become my regular whenever I visit Montreal (more on him later). Two others were so so. I might have tried them again if they had not retired from dancing and if I knew how to get in touch with them. The last just stood me up and has also retired.

As a relatively frequent patron of both bars, I can attest to the fact that they are not a meat market in the same sense that the Gaiety is, for example. Half the guys don't do "privates", or if they do, they just let you touch them (no sex). By and large they are honest about the services they provide and rip-offs are rare. On the other hand, they are technically on shift until 3:00 so the managers will normally not let them sneak out with a client before 1:30. All in all, I find the selection very hit and miss, and am now only tempted to try when I find the dancer to be a complete knock out.

Montreal, however, has at least two world class escorts whom I can strongly recommend. The first is Niko#3 who is well know here and reviewed under Montreal and NYC. He is the top of the line for Montreal and also the most expensive escort in the city. He dances regularly at the Gaiety every six weeks. His web site (check out his short video) is at http://www.primescort.com/niko.html and his best pic is at http://www.executivemaleescorts.com/pierrecan.htm .

My fave (a dancer I picked up at the Stock a couple of years ago) is very publicity shy, and will not let me post a review. So far as I know, only two other regulars here have tried him (with good results). He is a 5'7", 150# muscular southeast Asian top with hairless cinnamon skin and long black hair. If you are interested, let me know and I will send you privately the review he won't let me post. He also only charges $100 US per hour, which is the best service to cost ratio I have found anywhere.

Have fun in my favourite city. ;-)

I will go to Montreal in a couple of weeks. I've just seen the Stock Bar site and I am very excited about going there. I appreciate the information about the guys that dance there. Any way I would like some additional information: How does Stock Bar and meeting with guy does work? Do the guys offer lap dances?

When do you could tip them? Are the patrons able to talk with the dancers? I would like to know any informations about the way things go there.

Yes. The dancer takes you to a semi-private booth. They charge $6 to $10 CDN (about $4 and 6$ US) per dance depending on the night and whether you touch them or not. All clients touch them, so the "non touch" option is sort of theoretical. Touching genitalia is a nono under all circumstances, however, and may get the dancer upset.

>

>When do you could tip them?

You pay them when you are through. A 15% tip is expected, but no one will hassle you for it.

>Are the patrons able to

>talk with the dancers?

Of course. :-)

But if you talk or make eye contact with a dancer, he will expect you to have him dance for you. They are not shy. They are not paid a salary and they make their money from these lap dances. Normally they will just gyrate sensuously in front you for the first dance, slowly peeling off their cloths. By the third dance they are normally nude and esconced in your lap while you fondle them. }>

I hope this answers your questions. If you need anything more, just ask. :-)

He is a nice guy, and very cute, but on a crowded Labor Day weekend, at least, he doesn't get all that sensual during his lap dances. Didn't ask about privates.

Did you have a lap with Nicolas?

This advice is very sound. Dancers change over time; a lot of dancers I saw on Memorial Day were gone by Labor Day.

Wish I had gone last weekend; I forgot where it was. As you say, even if you're not into twinks you don't really know what you'll find unless you see for yourself.

>L'Adonis

>--------

>Probably the least satisfactory layout of

>all the bars.

There I disagree a bit. First, it's the only bar that doesn't look like a total dump on the inside; it was renovated a couple of years ago.

The layout is a little odd, but I have found it promotes conversation with the people around you. You just have to find a good seat -- difficult if you come late on a crowded night.

That said, I was not very fond of this month's crop of dancers at L'Adonis.

I quoted everything you said because it is so accurate. I believe Campus changed ownership several years ago. I'd still recommend it for beginners, but now it's populated almost entirely by 'roid boys. Some people call it Land of the Giants. Lots of bulk, not a lot of definition.

Also, I find most of the dancers at Campus to be mechanics when giving privates in the back room. Used to be, you could experience the true charm of Montreal -- the people -- by talking to the dancers. You'd hear their life story. One guy walked all around the bar, completely nude, to get me a cigarette after I ran out. This, after I made it clear I wasn't going to get a real private (hotel room) dance.

Now, you mostly get 200 pound guys sitting on your legs as they stare at the door.

>

>Stock

>-----

>On the whole, I think

>that the dancers at Stock

>probably *are* my favorite, but

>I really don't like the

>atmosphere in the bar too

>much

Part of the problem is that Stock gets very crowded. It's hard to find dancers you want for privates, and there are a lot of serious regulars (4 nights a week) who take many of the best tables and best dancers.

West Side

--------

You didn't mention this place, which I really like. It's the only strip bar on the west (English) side, where most of the hotels are. It's on Cote du Beaver Hall, right down a small side street from the Queen Elizabeth hotel.

Now, the dancers there do vary in quality. But it's where many of them go to start out. It's rarely crowded, and dancers will sit at your table and give you the whole "life story" Montreal experience. Its backroom is also very private, so you feel like the dancer is the only one putting on a show.

Their roster changes quickly, because new people either decide they don't like to dance or want to work at a bigger place.

Bottom line: as you said, you should always try to check out as many bars as you can to see what's hot (or rather, who's hot) at the moment.

Thanks for your very useful information.

I can see that you know Stock very well, so I want to prfit it for another couple of questions:

I've seen Stock Bar webpage, but I didn't find there where is located the Bar in Montreal, and what are the time shows (or they are continous?. I emailed them, but any answer.

And last a personal questions: If you should have to choice a male strip Bar in Montreal, you would take Stock or Campus?

Thanks in advance

I’ve been thinking of going to either Montreal or Toronto for a fun beak (translated: ”good escorts”). Would you recommend either city over the other?

Would you please send me the info on your favorite escort who won’t let you post a public review. He sounds perfect. I love smooth Asian guys. His height, weight, and cinnamon skin…hmmmm good!

I tried to send you a message but both your e-mail address and in-box were disabled.

Cheers!

Just returned from weekend in Montreal. Stock was very active and had an extremely good looking bunch of guys working there every night. My favorite, Manuel,(pictured on their new web site) was especially attractive. He gives a very nice "private dance" but does not allow you touching his genitalia. Another dancer named Francois agreed to come to my hotel room after the bar closed at 3 am but he ended up being a no-show. I suspect that he got a better offer from someone else. Eric was the best looking of the dancers there and yes, all are eager to do private dances for you as that is how they make their money.

I've learned that if you go to Montreal during a busy time (holiday weekend, gay pride, etc ) the dancers are very very busy and inflate their prices and/or are even difficult to communicate with. On the other hand, a very slow period of time, usually during winter months, will bring them out in full force and they become much friendlier and easier to get them at lower prices. In any case, right now, Stock is probably the best strip bar in Montreal with a great assortment of dancers.

Firecat,

I don't use normal e-mail for m4m related business, so I have placed a response in your private in box on this site. Let me know if you have difficulties finding it.

I prefer Montreal by far. One of my favorite escorts has just moved to Toronto, though. You can find him at http://www.dannyjock.com but he is changing his site name shortly.

My inbox seems to be working fine but my e-mail address is disabled (cuts down on nuisance mails). I sent you the review. It should be in *your* inbox on this site. ;-)

It's at 1278 St André street, a half block down from St Catherine street. It's open Wednesday to Sunday from 20:00 to 03:00.

In general I prefer the Stock, but I tried both on Friday and the Campus was better that night. But hey, why choose? They are only three blocks from each other. Try both! }>

There are also a couple of twink bars, if that's your preference. :-)

A few more thoughts on Montreal ...

There's a lot to see and do in Montreal - far too much for one trip, but that's OK because once you have been to Montreal you are sure to want to go back again soon ... ;-)

That having been said, I would encourage anyone going to Montreal for the first time to keep an open mind and to take a look at as many of the bars as they have time for - I have been to Montreal twice in the last few months, and had the opportunity to explore more far more places than I had been able to on my one previous visit a couple of years ago.

I found that my own reactions to the various bars was somewhat different than I had expected from the ways in which I had heard them described. One that I had expected to be a waste of time I discovered that I liked, and one which I had thought would be just perfect for me turned out to be a little disappointing.

My own personal take on the bars in the village is:

Taboo

-----

The dancers are mostly young twink types, and I hadn't expected it to be very interesting, but I actually liked the place a lot. The dancers *are* all young, and mostly twinks, but there is some muscle there too (not *big* muscle, but nicely defined hard bodies) and a couple of guys with very big dicks. The bar is dominated by a large stage in the center, with seating around it on three sides, and I really liked the atmosphere here.

L'Adonis

--------

Probably the least satisfactory layout of all the bars. It's a fairly long narrow bar with a small stage about half way back against one wall. Hard to find good places to sit. I didn't find the dancers here particularly interesting, with the exception of one black guy who had a really gorgeous body (and no, dammit, I can't remember his name)

Campus

------

This was the only place that I went to on my very first visit to Montreal over 2 years ago - I think I enjoyed it a lot more then than I do now. There seemed to be more variety in the dancers back then - now they all seem to look the same - big and muscular but, in most cases they don't have particularly good definition. My impression is that there are more straight guys working at Campus than at the other bars.

Stock

-----

This is the bar that I expected to like the most based on what I had heard, and on having met a couple of dancers from Stock in Amsterdam last year. On the whole, I think that the dancers at Stock probably *are* my favorite, but I really don't like the atmosphere in the bar too much - not sure exactly what it is - perhaps it's just that it's rather dark ... Two guys that I remember from there are Patrick (who is on their web site) and Sasha.

However, your mileage may vary so I would strongly recommend checking all of them out for yourself.

RE: A few more thoughts on Montreal ...

Here are a few more random thoughts.

1. I do not believe that tips are expected, they are appreciated but definitely not expected. Esc-tracker is way off base here. I have been to Montreal many times. I pay 10 dollars a song. When I have been with a guy for a lot of songs and he was very nice, I might give him a tip, but it's totally optional, not an expectation at all. I suspect that many patrons will do one song with a dancer and that's it. I generally do at least two, frequently a lot more.

2. I strongly prefer Stock to Campus, but you should check out both, as well as Adonis (Saturday afternoons are best time there) and Taboo if you like the young boys.

3. From what I understand, about 1/2 of the guys will do privates, price varies a lot. Make sure you know what you're getting, price, length of time, what he will do

4. From what I hear, Eric is a very nice guy, he looks very good to me. I believe he does privates, but I don't know that for sure. Ask him after you've done some laps with him.

Read my review from last week on my perceptions of MOntreal (I think it was last Wednesday).

Have fun!!

Hugs,

NYO

Yes, I've done lap dances with Nicolas at Stock. I thought he was a good lap dance. This is within the constraints that Stock is not the most private place to do a lap. I would rate Nicolas as above average. He was not there on either of my last two trips to Montreal, a lot of the guys who work in NYC have stopped working in Montreal.

RE: A few more thoughts on Montreal ...

Hi everyone... just returned from 10 glorious days in Montreal. It is my favorite North American destination. I'd love to give you my rundown as I hope it will be very resourceful of the current crop and situations.

Stock Bar is still my favorite, but I don't think the boys are as cute as previously. My favorite this time was a youngster named Manuel (who is the Rookie of the Month on the Stockbar.ca website). He's an absolute doll and is very enjoyable to talk with... he's only 19 and doesn't do privates. I wasn't looking for privates, but I always ask the dancers just to see how far they will go. His smooth body is beyond perfection. Dany (sp?) is also a very fun lapdancer... he's very flirtatious and knows how to work the "game", but he's also very nice. I noticed the boys at Stock aren't as aggressive in seeking lapdances as the Campus boys.

Campus... well, they had some very hot guys, but way too big for my tastes. Someone said it earlier... all buff and not much definition. Some are beyond buff that it actually turned most of us off.

The favorite at Campus was Eric (oh bummer, his name might have been Christopher... can't remember, but I'm 90% sure it was Eric). He only dances on stage maybe twice a night 'cause he's constantly in the back room. Seriously, there were lines to get him for lapdances. I only got him on a slow weekday (after waiting for 5 other patrons). He's very friendly and his laugh is the cutest thing you ever heard. He's a 26 yr. old construction worker and works there Wed. thru Saturday. He doesn't do privates at all... damn!!! He's got the best chest in the world, but kinda thin legs. His eyes and hair are his best features... that's what wins the customers over... big blue eyes.

His lapdances are very rough. He presses his huge body onto yours and gyrates. It can be a bit "hard" to handle. The only bad thing is, he doesn't use lotion or much on his body, so after a billion lapdances, his body is a bit dry and rough and sweaty... not the cleanest, freshest sensation, but what a face!

There were several other hot guys, but I just can't remember their names right now... sorry! Jason, the professional soccer player and personal trainer, is very sweet, too. He's the only one that wears glasses and they are soooooo sexy on him. Nice deep sexy voice... great lapdances. He's a clean freak... he carries a bottle of hand sanitizer and puts it on your hands before you can touch him. Very funny, but I like that. He's great, though.

OK, now for the news most of you REALLY want to know.

I had the fortune of hooking up with a server at the Stock Bar. He told me the lowdown of the whole stripper boyz situation in Montreal (well, for Campus and Stock since he worked at Campus prior to Stock).

The boys pay the clubs $10 to dance. They make all their money from lapdances (and privates for the VERY FEW that do them... the cutest ones don't... the more "tired" looking ones do). Some of them walk out with NOTHING at the end of the night. A good night is $300-400 with as high as $750 on real busy weekend nights. Jason told me it's closer to $200-250 with the more popular guys on an average night and then $400-500 on a busy weekend. To me, for all the work they do, it doesn't seem like much money at all. In fact, I gave them tips on stage 'cause seriously, it seemed like a lot of work for little money (but in Canada, that may be lots of money).

Now for the dancers, EVERY single dancer at Stock is straight!! EVERY single one!! This comes from the server at Stock. If you get them to do a private, it's all "you can blow me, but I won't reciprocate". I heard some of them won't even let you suck the dick, you can just like the balls. Sounds corny, but true. I was sure that a couple of them were gay, but one of the ones I thought is getting married in two months! 75% of them have girlfriends. I don't know, maybe being with a str8 guy is a turn-on to some of you. For me, I'd rather know that the guy is semi-interested in the sex part.

Campus... all the ones that do privates seemed kinda sneaky to me... Stock boys seemed more honest, but maybe I'm wrong.

If you like muscle worship, go for it. That's basically what you'll get for $200 (remember, that's Canadian money... that's about $135 US).

Now, if you want a true escort experience, call Agence Hot Boys. They have three ads in the Fugues (gay paper). It's only $100 CND (that's only $65 American!!). Everything is included but anal... only oral sex.

Agence Hot Boys have some HOT HOT HOT guys. They are so intimate... they ALL kiss passionately (so very French)... and they all give incredible blowjobs. No American escort is this good. The best (Damn, I really shouldn't give out this secret) is a 5'8 blonde stud named Steve. He was way better than the dancers at Stock. He's only been at it for a couple months. I asked him if he ever thought of dancing and he said "there's a big difference in showing your ass to one person and a crowd of 50". Very smart and sensual guy. He TRULY made you feel like a boyfriend. The foreplay was so incredible. He is a 19-yr. old sexual magnet. The French accent was hot, but his deep voice was hotter. He was by far the best kisser around, but to save the best for last... 9 HUGE inches!! Way bigger than the Stock and Campus boys.

OK, now that I've become the PR rep for Steve, you guys better not tire him out that he retires before I go back to Montreal next summer. I would review more escorts, but I don't want you guys thinking I'm a huge slut! LOL

Oh, one more thing. Tip nicely. Remember, it's Canadian dollars. Out of the $100, $25 goes to the man that runs the agency... and he also gets 25% of the tip... how rude!! I gave them $60 tip ($160 CND is about $105 US... and for the best sensual, realistic hour, it's worth it).

Good luck... have fun.

RE: A few more thoughts on Montreal ...

Nice review of the Montreal dancer/escort world. But I do have to disagree on one point. Not 100% of the boys at Stock are straight. I agree that most are, and you also have to remember that they don't have the same strict distinction of gay/straight that Americans do. But I have encountered a couple of gay dancers at Stock.

And actually I don't care what label they put on themsleves, or that others put on them. I don't care who they are going home to, as long as I am getting the entertainment when they are with me.
