OK I screwed up. I've read many times that if they ask for money up front do not take the bait. I contacted http://www.blissusa.com in Atlanta and had "Billy" come over. He required the money in advance. After getting $250 he then wanted to negotiate for anything beyond talk. I ask for money back but no deal. He left and I am out the money and the agency will not take my calls. Never again.

Condolences Brian? The $$ First Definitely a Bad Sign.

I have had Guys say "Show me the Money" and that is EXACTLY what I did, in NYC..I Showed it to them!

Unfortunately I guess you will have to suck it up. Atlanta is getting a real bad reputation! Too many THUGS HANGING OUT NOW... Buyer Beware or better yet, Buy in another State. :+

When you say you "showed it to them" does that mean you did not go through with the appointment? One of the first times I hired a massuer, I had the money out on the table...he was slightly insulted and told me that I didn't need to do that he wasn't a hustler.

I was a bit concerned when I recently hired another massuer and he told be--before he came over---that he wanted to see the money before hand...but didn't want it until after. He just wanted to make sure I had it...

What are the recommendaions? Show it or not?

In my experience none of the classier escorts ask to see the money first - I believe they think (quite rightly) that it makes a rude impression. I've never hired an escort who asked to see the money first - either they have all been of the classier type, or maybe they just thought I look honest.

If you're looking for someone who approaches what is generally termed "rough trade," it's possible that he would ask to see the dough first, and, from his point of view, it would be a perfectly sensible line to take. I have a friend who is very turned on by tough guys, and the demand to see the money first, or even to be paid first, is part of the turn-on for him. I suspect this is the case for more guys than would like to admit it. He's never been burned, as far as I know.

But, as anyone will tell you, in general it's a bad sign.

Scots..Actually It only happened Once to me. He was a Gaiety Dancer, which I found out during the Hookup. Fantastic Sex, BUT I guess his "Traveling to Bklyn" he wanted to make sure it was indeed worth his while. It Definitely was for me! He worked the "G" for quite awhile. So I guess he ran into all the Strange Clients also..No one else has ever asked Before the Fact! :+

i meant i am an escort in Atlanta, i guess i get a bad rap here on M4M just because im from Atlanta. I dont doubt that many have had problems with Atlanta guys, but that doesnt mean that ALL of them are that way. My service always calls back, I always answer emails...etc.
