Question re: reviews and misdemeanors

Should a review be deleted and the reviewer lose rights to post on this site if the reviewer states in his review that he gave alcohol to a minor?

Why should either be done as a rule? If we are going to deny posting to anyone for breaking the law then there would be many fewer reviews posted on this site. That does not mean there are no limits. For example, I'm confident that there is a consensus that posting about an encounter with an underage person definitely crosses the line.

 

Giving alcohol to someone under 21 is illegal in most jurisdictions in the US. It is not illegal in other countries. Where illegal it is an imprudent act. That does not necessarily invalidate the review. There are many escorts that are under age for alcohol consumption but are of legal age as consenting adults.

 

As with all reviews, it ought to be judged on an indiviual basis. If it advocates giving alocohol to minors then the call might be different that if it was incidental to the review experience. Again it all depends on the tone and intent of the reviewer.

IMHO..If the Reviewer considers the guy he is hanging out with a Minor "Booze Wise" that's one thing. BUT IF the KID is "UNDERAGE" Period.. that's a whole different question that maybe he "shouldn't" be able to write a Review about! Unless he wants to end up on "Court TV" for weeks and weeks...LOL :+

I always thought that this site automatically avoided anything to do with minors - alcohol or not! There is enough controversy over what we clients and escorts do without adding any other layer to the discussion. For what it's worth, I say minors should be off limits on this site. Just my opinion.

Just because the reviewer, or even the escort himself, listed his age as under 21, doesn't mean that they actually were under 21. The vast majority of escorts (and pretty much any gay man in general) fibs a bit on his age. Youth is everything. Especially when it comes to an 18 year old twink boi.... even if he really is 23 or 24.

Good lord man - the mere transaction between a client and an escort are already illegal. Why worry about the alcohol aspect?
