Tony in Chicago.

 

I emailed. I got the "since you're a first time customer, you'll have to go through my agency and make a deposit" reply. Oddly enough. Tony in Chicago's IP pinged back to Oklahoma, the birthplace of Cupcake.

 

He looked too good to be true.
