Ian has the ability to look fantastic in his pics, but needs to have a helping hand in doing his makeup and eyebrows. With the harsh flash being used, he comes off as anything but 'guyish' and his current images could really use some contrast/brightness tweaking.

 

Other than that, he seems to be a perfectly cute guy. Maybe it's time he look into getting photos done from other sources.

My biggest beef with Premier has been with what I think is the hideous quality of many of the photos they post on their site....even the ones they say are done "professionally". I'm not a professional photographer, but having done some photography for friends involved in modeling, I can clearly tell the good from the bad. Time and again, I have been tentative in hiring some escorts at Premier based on their bad photos, only to see them in person and realize those photos failed to capture their obvious beauty.

 

Neither Ian nor Dustin are my type, but I'm glad they have appeal to others. The new boy Arturo looks hot, and I can tell you from first hand experience that Bobby sizzles.

Furthermore, a little eye-liner on a rocker or goth punk is fine and perfectly suitable, ie Brandon Flowers, lead singer of The Killers or The Cure's Robert Smith. But when a guy goes overboard with the waxing, it's silly and IMO unattractive. Your mileage may vary.

Having hired both independents and thru an agency, I'd be interested to hear why you don't like using an agency. Some of the independents I've hired have been absolutely the best, most professional people I've seen. But on the other hand, I've been burned more than a few times by independents ... but never by an agency. I've used Premier many times (too many times to count, actually). I have always found the guys I've seen there to be top notch ... and not to mention their rates are LOWER than the independents! I'm not gonna argue with that!
