I'm in Mpls, but I "scout out" the Wisconsin escort scene from time to time. Here's a couple of suggestions for you:

 

First, I know that several Chicago escorts regularly travel to Milwaukee to work. You might check them out.

 

Second, there's a guy in Green Bay (about 1.5 hour drive to Milwaukee) who has an ad on men4rentnow -- his handle there is "Boot Camp."
