If he's home, Talvin DeMachio is based in DC. (Well, technically in Fairfax, VA, but it's basically the same.) He's about as good as they get.

Other than the other mention of Talvin DeMachio (I have never seen him - too expensive at $300) I hate to tell you - DC is a city of bottoms.

 

I have encountered very few good tops in DC over many years. And very few good bottoms for that matter. For the most part, the escort choices in DC are absolute terrible. I typically go to New York and (more often than New York) to Philadelphia to hire.

Actually one of the hottest guys on the East Coast lives in D.C. If you are looking for a top, you cannot possibly do better. His name is Ethan, he is both personable and smart, and he has the kind of dick that size queens dream about for years afterward. Plus he knows exactly what to do with it. Frankly I regard Ethan as the most important tourist attraction in D.C. But don't take my word for it: read his M4M reviews, and visit his website. I recommend you give Luke Davidson a try. I have not engaged hiim as a top but I know he loves to top and he has the equipment for it. :9 He is very affectionate with swimmer build, great kisser and tons of personality. Very big fun. Just reverified all that last night. }(
