Thought the same as I met Mario a year ago at this time and the pic is the same pose he has had on his site for over 18 months... I think... but he is much more "bulked out" in this one.

The head is Mario the body is not ... I'm puzzled why such a reputable escort would do this . I hire Mario about a year ago and had a great time. He has a nice look, there was no reason for him to do this really poor fake and try to pass it off as him .

Although I too think he attached his head to another guy's body, you have to admit that he attached it to a nice one! At least it shows he has good taste even if it also shows he exercises poor judgement. :+
