I worked for an escort agency when I first started escorting. We had a good working relationship. We never had any problems until after I'd left the agency to work on my own.

 

If you're going to escort full-time, you're better off working on your own. Escort agencies are fine for the part-timers. The internet is the best pimp ever. I've not heard of any male escorts getting beaten up by agency owners or "pimps". I think you'd most likely encounter that with females prostitutes.
