There are two agencies in DC that I would suggest. Tops and Elite would be the best of the lot.

 

Tops has been around about 10 years and can be found at http://www.tops69.com. They have one of those blasted adult checks on their site (thanks to AOL I hear) but for $4.95 you can get a look at the guys pics.

 

You can also try http://www.eliteescortsdc.com for thier site. There is no adult block on this site as I recall.
