Reverse image search of the white T-shirt/ crucifix leads to an Instagram of an actor whose first name is also Andrew. All of the pictures are also in his IG.

The IG Andrew has a very nice body and hairy chest that he displays prominently in his postings.

Who will open the door? An out-of-work actor in need of cash? Or a scammer?

I’m leaning towards actor in need of cash. I found some clues that make me think that way. If interested dm me.

Yeah, and everything matches: the phone number, name, company name, and caller ID.

Customer service just isn’t his strong suit. He can take hours to reply.
