Off to Bangkok and looking for recs for best masseurs and spas! Besides massage would also be interested in a pedicure and all around great experiences. If there are better sites to ask this topic, please direct me!

Massage is an intricate part of Thai culture.  I have wonderful memories of spas and masseurs in Bangkok and it's adjacent beach town, Pattaya.  It was the place where I had my first gay sexual experiences, which were wonderful.  Have not been back in many years, so I can't really make any recommendations but I trust you will have a great time.

Had a good time at this place. You walk in and there’s like 10-12 shirtless guys who are all flexing and you pick one. Clean rooms with a massage on the bed and umm ‘full service’ if you want it. Great massage too. Found it less intimidating than the places that have like 20+ guys sitting outside trying to solicit you.

Agreed on this. There is a plethora of useful info about massage places on their gay bangkok forum. I was there a couple of months ago and had a GREAT time.

Also, I'd recommend getting a pedicure from a woman at a legit spa. Don't tempt yourself to be flirting with a cute guy and distract him while he is using sharp instruments around your feet! lol 

If you are looking for a massage experience with extras, try to create a list of your likes/preferences in English and Thai and even include some pictures/symbols. Keep the list in your phone's Notes app. They will yes you to death to get your business and then yes they didn't understand and decline your requests once in the room. Having your likes/preferences ready at the beginning can help bridge the communication gap. For example:

Kissing  จูบ (add a pic)

Blow job  ออรัลเซ็กซ์ (add a pic)

English for you. Thai for them. A pic in case the guy is from a neighboring country might not read Thai or English. Of course, they can still say yes to everything just to get your business, but I find it helps more often than not. I also add in things like asking if they are gay or straight. There are a lot of gay for pay guys and they can have trouble getting it up. lol
