Haven’t been to spa at The Grand in a while but had a massage there (don’t remember the masseur’s name) which was technically very good but totally therapeutic.

Went to green jade last year and was a disappointment.

My personal experience is that most of the professional spas tend to be just that, professional, especially during a first visit.  

There are some providers that rent spaces and are very good, as an alternative to the spas.

Will at Mint Massage is very good.

I second this, but they tend to have a revolving door of providers.  No one I would recommend is still there.
