I have not met him so take this for what it is.

Tried booking with him and clearly ESL. 30 min to respond between a couple of basic questions such a verify the rate being offered. 

He text a question I had already answered then 30 min delay again. 

Tried for about 2 hours to nail down a booking then just gave up. 

I even asked in the beginning if it was easier to text in Spanish and he said no. Hugo
