nomad Posted June 22 Posted June 22 Their ads are all over social media. Haven't tried it mainly because it only has one probiotic strain. Having several promotes better gut health. Been using Nature's Bounty Probiotic 10 which has 10 different strains. Seems to be doing the job well. Was surprised how it helped with reducing bloating.
nomad Posted June 23 Posted June 23 I was skeptical at first tbh. I knew it was working when I ate something spicy and it didn't give me any issues the next day. Things are disgusting faster. I think it why the bloating is down a lot. Give the probiotic of your choice a try. ajvanguard 1
