This new guy has popped up in DC today.  And today he is in Phoenix. Anyone with info or experience?

Just reeks hot & also belongs in the deli I hope....IF he is for real. 

Since I originally posted this yesterday, I texted with him and he said he is available as a deli offering.

The pics are for a Brazilian Instagram acct, and his profile says he speaks Spanish (not Portuguese.....).

Texted him in DFW before noticing, and no response. Current number is diff too. Highly suspect.
