Bathhouse NYC locations

Has anyone been to any of the Bathhouse locations in NYC? They also advertise massage options on the website.

I have, once.  September 2024, I think?  Flatiron location.  

Would definitely consider going back. 

Spent an afternoon including massages, with a boy whom I thoroughly enjoyed....spoiling....at the time.  😉

Hey would love to hear more about your experience! I had a massage at the Williamsburg location and something told me maybe I could enjoy myself a little more but I just wasn’t quite sure. Would love if you could fill me in on any of the details. Thanks!

Much to my surprise, they've been doing heavy TV ad rotations. I either see them while watching YouTube videos, or HBO Max. It's very strange seeing a TV ad for a bathhouse, even in NYC. All the ads feature a co-ed facility, with everyone wearing bathing suits. This is NYC after all, but I would still be skeptical that any sex action is tolerated at this business.

My companion and I enjoyed our afternoon.  Yes, the place is most definitely geared toward the hetero and not the homo.  Everything is co-ed.  There is no nudity allowed; everyone is in swim suits, at least.  Coverups or t-shirts in the bar/lounge area.   The place (Flatiron location) seemed clean and hygienic.  And maintained.  (Yes I wore slides.)  The pools and rooms were exactly as advertised.  The atmosphere....music, lights, etc...felt like more like a bar or club in which to socialize.  Which is their goal.  A "third space" to be amongst other humans irl in this increasingly online world.

There was A LOT of eye candy.  Like some literal jaw-dropping male beauty.  Albeit str8 guys.

We were the only other male gay "couple" there.  I think there were a few lesbian couples, but could have just been close friends.  We kept any PDA to the barest of minimums.  No one even noticed.  Or cared.  

My deep tissue massage was very good.  Technical.  Professional.  Fully draped.  Not a hint of anything else on offer.  My friend said his was "ah-mazing," but he's 25.  And it was maybe his 2nd professional massage ever.  LOL!  (I have almost 30 years of getting massages on him!)  Nothing crossed any lines for him either.  We talked about it.  And well made up for it later.  😉

It was something new and different to do on a "date."  And I'd considering going back.  

For those who have been DM'ing - if you have other/more specific questions I'll do my best to answer, but not sure there is much else to say.
