RE: Tonga

Better go try it then :)

Muy may have been wrong word. Not sure, may have been Indonesian.

CP, admit it! Compared to the food at the Tonga Room John Frank's is like ambrosia. (There are lots of other restaurants in SF that are better than JF, though. We are both lucky to live here.)

It's the right word...it's Spanish for "very". :)

I never do "back to backs"; that type of scheduling isn't fair to my clients. That being said, my "down time" is precisely that: my down time. I enjoy what I do and I try to provide the best experience possible. But, if I choose to go home and relax rather than go to dinner then I'm certainly not doing anything wrong.

So, what kind of music do they play at the Tonga room? On what kind of instruments? And the rain really isn't mechanized to fall around them instead of on them?

GD,

Yo se la palabra, pero no estaba seguro sobre su linaje. Creo que el muchacho era de indonesia.

Entonces, en lugar de muy, debo poner teramat.

CP,

Perdoneme que le entendia mal.

"Teramat" is the right Indonesian term, but are you sure he's not Filipino...you know Westerners say that we Asians all look alike. :) Otherwise, the Filipino term would be "napaka".

Bien sur !!! Je ne sais pas la diffenrce entre les mecs d'Asia. Le meme chose.

Maybe he was Filipino, but trying to forget things Pilifino for the moment. Had some unpleasant dealings with Estrada recently, as well as an nasty experience at N'touch with some silly bakla over a karaoke cd.
