I've seen him twice.   1st time seemed promising, but was under welled by his skills based on the price and communication.  Generally it was a good massage, but texting was rough and ended up waiting in his apartment without him there as he was finishing up walking his dog.   It was pretty soon after he had started, so I gave him a little grace and decided to see him again.

2nd time wasn't great.  Again communication was poor, when I got there, we wasn't ready and he was already 10 minutes late.  He then asked if I would mind if he smoked quick before starting.   I said it was fine, but then we counted that as part of the time for the massage which was annoying.   He had booked back to back sessions and the next person was early so he cut my time and extras short.  YMMV, but not giving him another try.   

Since he has a lot of positive reviews, I think it is definitely dependent on the client, but not sure I guess.  Nice enough guy, just not willing to give another shot.  Feel free to PM with questions.
