BuckCanucked Posted Sunday at 06:34 PM Posted Sunday at 06:34 PM I've inherited my old man's eyebags... he had surgery to correct his eventually not because of vanity (maybe a little) so much as they pulled his lower lids down and dried his eyes. I'm on my way it seems. What OTC creams have worked for you? There are so many on the market and the one I have does nothing. I'd like to put off any surgery as long as possible.
