I am not a fan of going to a studio.  I have been once to a studio on West 14 street, which is probably where he is hosting.  You got to wonder how sanitary that is.

If you're referring to 2B Studio, I would say that I've been there many times over many years (At one point they had a fire and have since rebuilt the space) ...and I have always found the facilities to be clean. They launder the table sheets frequently. And THAT is probably how the place burnt down. The dryer caught fire, likely from lint built up from doing such frequent laundry.

Not sure if he expects you to pay for the studio space.  At that rate, you might have to.  In any event, I would tip well for an above and beyond experience.
