Eddington on HBO Max

Another movie that has a lot of buzz that I did not enjoy. I thought the thing would never end, and then the ending was so bizarre. Apparently, a lot of people think it's master film-making. I felt like it burned in a whole in my brain. I'm not familiar with the director's other work.

I kept asking myself why the film seemed to pander so blatantly and, for many, so offensively.  Like the video above said. "No nuance."

By the end I didn't care, nor understand how the story seemed to go off the rails.  

Such a great cast though. 

I expect it sounded good on paper.
