He’s been on RM almost a year with no reviews.  Given your difficulty in contacting him maybe he isn’t really seriously in the business..

Lately, I’ve seen his “light on” as available a lot more, usually weekday mornings.  Have not reached out to him since last year

Ive reached out several times and have gotten an actual, non-automatic reply. He'll say, "hey" then ghost. Such a waste of time. If he's not going to meet then deactivate account lol
