Cater-waiters in NYC?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. I’m looking for a cater-waiter or two for my legit (i.e., not looking for “extras”) holiday party in a couple of weeks. I have 50 or so guests and I’m doing all of the cooking. I need help serving drinks, refreshing the buffet, washing dishes, etc. I’m using real China, sterling silver, etc., so I need guys that know what they’re doing (i.e., not just pretty faces). I’ve used ModelBartenders.com in the past. Any suggestions are appreciated.
