The GPS shows that he's not actually in San Diego. I see this often with guys from LA fishing to gauge interest of guys in San Diego when business in LA is slow.

San Diego client here. I can confirm I’ve met Troy and he was great. He comes down to San Diego to see me frequently and I make it worth his time. His rates are high, but he’s professional and a well rounded stud. Hard to find someone of his caliber. Highly recommend
