Got in touch asking him about rates. Far from "sweet and gregarious" I got berated for saying I was hoping to plan for early next week. ("Talk when ur ready to have fun. People who plan so far out always cancel") Not a great way to start.

Sadly, he is not wrong. I have learned to approach day before or day of appointment only. According to my providers, guys that reach out more than 24 hours before a meet are 98% flake and fail to follow through.  It is a huge waste of time and gets old fast. Cut him some slack.

Wellp - when I tried to explain I was just hoping to plan ahead and I was sorry that my query was taken the wrong way, he then called me a "crybaby" and blocked me. 

I think I was saved from a bad experience after all. Good riddance.
