I've messaged with him once, since his penis looks like it's uncut but he lists it as cut. He indicated that he has a lot of loose skin, giving the appearance of an uncut cock, but when he's erect, there's no mistaking he has a circumcised dick.

On his preferences, he doesn't list 'anal' so that may be why he lists 'Ask Me' in the Position Section. If someone is mainly interested in the 'Biblical Knowing' of your fellow man, I'd def ask him about that before meeting.

Every single pic on his RM profile where his penis is flaccid, it looks uncut.  I think that what he described as "a lot of loose skin" is just foreskin and when he is erect it rolls fully back to fully expose the head of his penis, like most uncut men. 

Maybe he doesn't like being uncut or is possibly self conscious about it.  I have a friend who was uncut and and was apparently the only uncut guy in his high school locker room where he was mocked and ridiculed for it.  He was so self conscious that he had himself circumcised when he got to college.

I was mocked and ridiculed for being the only cut boy where I grew up. You're not going to find me ever getting foreskin restoration surgery. Your friend, he's not alone - evidently bodybuilder / actor / Governor Arnold did the same thing when he moved to the U.S. from Austria. I'd never seen an uncut cock in my life until seeing a nude John Lennon photo in a book, and hadn't seen one in person until I was 18, when someone poked theirs through a glory hole in my XXX booth. 😄
