Gilfson Posted June 23 Posted June 23 I started working out consistently in January! And this week I got down under 160 pounds for the first time in 3 years! I started the year at 175! BrickBuilder Posted June 23 Posted June 23 Awesome job. Fitness is one aspect. I would highly encourage you (if you are not already doing it) to look closely at your diet. There are major and minor adjustments you can make to your daily intake that assist in any further loss you want to achieve as well as maintain your target weight.

I don’t eat a lot but I like eating bad food lol
