Awesome job.

Fitness is one aspect.  I would highly encourage you (if you are not already doing it) to look closely at your diet. There are major and minor adjustments you can make to your daily intake that assist in any further loss you want to achieve as well as maintain your target weight.

I know diet is my biggest struggle. I don’t eat a lot but I like eating bad food lol
