viewing ownly Posted June 22 Posted June 22 If you're sending a shout-out as a business operator, regardless of what the reason is for, there in my view is zero excuse to list non-existent days in your want ad. Five months out of the year do not have a 31st day, so when I see someone list April, June, September, or November 31st in a casting call, I tongue-in-cheek let them know I'm always available on that day - it's seen as me being a snarky ass more so than them being an idiot. I just saw Kyle Krieger, who I'm quite a fan of, mention just that (but I refrained from putting him in his place - maybe it was a "dumb jock" move on his part, for all I know). Anyone else have no tolerance for people who don't understand the calendar? I doubt spellcheck would INSERT these days that are never there - I do pity guys named Michael with alternate spellings, always having to adjust for how their own name is spelled. Crazy that for years it was the most commonly given first name, since it's such a spelling bitch.
+ BenjaminNicholas Posted June 23 Posted June 23 I have little patience for willful stupidity. Even worse when it's just out of sheer laziness.
