Very flaky. Asked if he could do something last saturday evening. Said after 11pm. Followed up with him and got ghosted. Next morning, I reached out and all he said was "sup". Not someone mature and professional enough to own up to his mistakes let alone follow through and trying to ensure the experience was right. 

A no go from me based on communication.
