I looked at the fees paid, as indicated in his reviews.  Mostly in the 120-150 Euro range.  I am assuming that the fees in NYC will be higher.

Turns out it was Verizon. My second blackout this year. It's still causing problems, and they keep changing the fix-by date.

Finally had the chance to look at his RM page. He states his age as 36, which is a far cry from his boy years. Let's pretend he's 42.
