From my observation on Rentmasseur, they visit NYC regularly and tour the USA.  Fairly assertive in soliciting you  when you click on their profile.

One of the guys started out working solo, now it is a pair.  Quoted me prices from 250 for massage only to 450 for the full experience.  I am not sure whether that is for the solo or the pair performance.  I have not pursued it further.

It was 11 days apart. They left me so satisfied both times, I want to go again sometime, but I'm m not sure when.
