Most of his pictures are over a year old and some from 2023. I haven't changed much in the past 18 months while I am in my 60's, but that time frame in your 20's can have some dramatic visual changes, so be sure to see some current pictures. I have never met this guy, just giving my thoughts.

That is a true observation that a lot of people who are that young do not realize that I'm also in your age bracket and I understand it and I thank you for pointing this out.

There's a good chance  he's from Latin America. Smoking is more common there.

According to his ad, he says he's Latin, and he speaks Spanish. If true, Eastern European seems unlikely.
