for airport nerds like me, this is a kick......look closely!......no upper level drop off, no Tom Bradley, no parking garages......planning for the future!......the zany 1970-era opening credits and bitchin' groovy music (shades of "Shaft"?) are a hoot.......plenty of dire predictions and urgency in evidence.....the unattended young girl at 3:28 is curious.......I like the prediction at 12:46 that Palmdale could have a passenger capacity of 100,000,000 by 1980!......

I love these old clips.  I think they were supposed to inspire kids to pursue work in whatever field was being shown.  I remember the NASA films proclaiming one space shuttle launch every week!
